HOUSE RULES

In order to make sure you have a positive and harmonious stay at Casa Dos Ceibas, please read through the following house rules and make sure you can agree to all before booking your stay.

The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

  • Check in: After 4:00 pm

  • Check out: By 11:00 am

  • Self Check-in with Lockbox

CHILDREN

  • Children younger than 14 years of age are not allowed.

PET POLICY

  • No pets allowed.

PARTIES/EVENTS

  • We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings at the house.

  • A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the house.

  • No unauthorized people are allowed on the property with the exception of caterers, massage therapy, yoga instructors etc.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS

  • Music must be low or turned off by 9:00 pm.

GARBAGE POLICY

  • Remove your trash daily and place it in the barrels at the bottom of the driveway.

SMOKING POLICY

  • Smoking is permitted outside only. Must use ashtrays.

POOL POLICY

  • Swim at your own risk. Guests assume all liability and responsibility for use of the pool.

  • No diving in the pool.

  • No glass in or around the pool area.

  • No swimming if intoxicated.

SAUNA POLICY

  • Use sauna at your own risk. Guests assumes all liability and responsibility for use of sauna. 

  • Do not use sauna while intoxicated.

  • Drink plenty of water.

  • If on medication, consult with your doctor before using the sauna.

  • If using the sauna for the first time, use for a maximum of 15 minutes. Advanced users maximum 30-40 minutes.

USING GAS/APPLIANCES POLICY

  • Only use appliances for their intended use.

STREAMING/TV POLICY

  • Guests may log in to their own streaming account(s) on the Smart TV. Remember to log out before you check-out.

OTHER

  • Do not encourage stray dogs or cats to enter the property.

  • Window Shades/Treatments are electric. Only use remotes, located next to each window, to adjust window treatment settings. DO NOT pull or push on them to adjust.

  • Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Beach and bath towels are provided. Guests may use washer and dryer to clean towels as needed.

  • Keep the property and furnishings in good order.

  • Guests shall not violate any city ordinances or laws in or around the premises.
